No Guarantee of Income
There are no guarantees of income or success. The opportunity to earn commissions through madtide depends entirely on your individual effort, skill, time invested, audience, sales experience, and market conditions. Most participants in affiliate and direct-sales programs earn little or no income. Some earn nothing at all.
What Affiliates Can Earn
Affiliates earn commissions on bid pack purchases made by customers they personally refer to madtide. Commission rates and the full compensation plan will be published with the public launch of the platform. Earnings depend on the volume and frequency of bid pack purchases by referred customers, which we cannot predict for you.
Pre-Launch Statement
Because madtide is in a pre-launch founder window, we do not yet have aggregated earnings data to publish. Once the platform launches and a meaningful sample of affiliate activity has accumulated, we will publish an updated statistical Income Disclosure showing average, median, and percentile earnings broken down by activity level and tenure. Until that data is available, no person should rely on any explicit or implied earnings claims to make a decision about participating.
Costs of Participation
- Joining the affiliate program is free during the founder window.
- Affiliates are not required to purchase bid packs or any other product to qualify for commissions.
- Affiliates may incur their own costs (advertising, content creation, software) when promoting their referral link. These costs are not reimbursed.
Discount & Savings Claims
References to discounts — including “up to 99% off MSRP” — describe the maximum potential discount on winning auctions for select inventory, while supplies last. Most auctions do not reach the maximum discount, and most bidders do not win every auction they enter. Bid pack purchases are non-refundable.

Any testimonials or case studies that may appear in madtide marketing materials reflect the personal experience of the individuals quoted and are not typical. Your results will likely differ.
Tax Responsibility
Affiliates are independent contractors and are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due on commissions earned. madtide does not withhold taxes and provides no tax advice. Consult a qualified tax professional in your jurisdiction.
FTC Compliance Reminder
When promoting madtide, affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their material connection to the program (for example: “I’m a madtide affiliate and may earn a commission”) and must not make earnings, income, savings, or lifestyle claims that go beyond what is documented in the official compensation plan and this Income Disclosure.
